EDITORIAL INTERNSHIP: SUMMER 2024

As Nantucket’s premier luxury lifestyle media company, N Magazine strives to produce the highest quality content for our readers. We are respected and known for our stunning photography, creative content, and compelling articles on subjects both local and international. In order to consistently deliver such a top-quality product, we rely heavily on the talents and skills of our team members, including our interns.

Interning with N Magazine provides a comprehensive opportunity to learn many facets of the publishing industry, including writing, editing, social media, fact-checking and more. Those who intern with us will be mentored directly by the publication’s Editorial Director, Antonia DePace, and will be given an inside look at the magazine production process from start to finish.

The team is looking for candidates who have:

• A strong written voice/understanding of journalism
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Nantucket (not a must, but preferred)
• Training in AP Style
• Reliable, trustworthy and deadline-driven

This internship is for academic credit, only. This is not a paid opportunity. While a student majoring in Journalism or Publishing is preferred, it is not mandatory.

The internship can be in-person or remote. Days and hours are discussed upon acceptance.
